Senior Risk Management Analyst

Seeking a senior quantitative researcher to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various quantitative research and analytic projects in the areas of portfolio construction, risk modeling, execution research, hypothesis testing and back-testing.

The successful candidate should have:

  • * Advanced degree (preferably Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, or physics from a top tier school
  • * 5+ years of risk analytics experience, able to explain risk measures, VAR, tracking error, volatility, Beta, drawdowns and create scenario analysis
  • * Ability to handle large data sets in a numerical computation oriented development environment, with proven ability to implement solutions in Java or C++
  • * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • * Superior project management skills, & communication skills
  • * Ability to work under a fast paced and chaotic environment with tight deadlines
  • * Experience in scripting language such as Perl and Python is a plus
  • * CFA/FRM license is a plus

Software Engineer

We are looking for a software engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will share the responsibility of developing and maintaining software applications for research, trading and operations.

The successful candidate should have:

  • * 2-5 years of deadline driven development experience outside of academia
  • * Financial industry experience desirable, but not necessary
  • * Preference for experience with C/C++ in a Linux environment
  • * Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus (Java, Python)
  • * Graduate of a top university with a degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Physics, Math) preferred
  • * Experience in the design, analysis, and optimization of algorithms
  • * Experience with Statistics, Multi-Variable Calculus, and Simulation Modeling a plus
  • * Attention to detail, team player, good communication skills

Client Service Associate

We are looking for a client service associate to produce and distribute routine, monthly customized client information requests and reports, serve as the primary point of contact with clients for routine communication and operational issues and coordinate the setup of new accounts.

The successful candidate should have:

  • * Bachelor's degree required
  • * Bachelor's degree in finance or finance-related field preferred
  • * Approximately 1-3 years of experience in a financial services firm
  • * Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • * Strong organizational abilities and attention to details
  • * Flexible team player able to work on multiple projects
  • * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
